Stanley House, sW3
Nash Baker Architects are currently preparing a Planning and Listed Building Application for Stanley House on Milner Street. The property was constructed in 1853 by the builder, George Todd, not only as a highly fashionable home for himself and his wife, in the Italian Renaissance palazzo style, but as a centre from which he could undertake his extensive building operations in Chelsea.
The building has fell into disrepair during the 20th Century and now requires extensive sensitive restoration to return it into a family house.
