Nash Baker advice published in Listed Heritage magazine

We are delighted to see our advice on the importance of "making it right" in conservation work publishing in The Listed Property Owners Club's magazine Listed Heritage. 

Our resident Registered RIBA Conservation Architect, Katharine Maclean, was the project lead for the property and noted that: 

“The brickwork was in a truly terrible condition, and we rose to the challenge of undertaking a series of minimal interventions to retain as much historic fabric and character as possible, whilst also ensuring the property was watertight and secure for centuries to come. Our experience in such matters led to a broad scope of solutions being utilised to repair and replace the damage; which has been so successful it is now impossible to tell where works have been undertaken. The most successful heritage projects are often those which look like you’ve done nothing at all”
