Planning approval granted for new build grade sustainable solutions, discreetly fitted into Grade II listed property

Planning approval has been given for innovative 21st century mechanical systems and electrical equipment to be discreetly installed in a Grade II listed property within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. This exciting result will allow us to sensitively improve the overall carbon footprint of the property. Items awarded planning and listed building consent include; in-roof solar photovoltaic (PV) panels that will be connected to Tesla batteries to provide underfloor heating and heat through AC units throughout the property. We are also installing two large motor MVHR (mechanical ventilated heat recovery) units to conserve and recycle energy and making improvements to the existing windows that will improve energy conservation and acoustic qualities using bespoke secondary glazing.
