Ahmed brings his passion for design and contemporary construction techniques to the role of Design Director at Nash Baker. His broad range of experience as well as qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design, are demonstrative of his belief that interaction between different design disciplines generates better design.
This experience is put into practice daily, with Ahmed never one to shy away from pushing the boundaries of design, technology, and sustainability in Nash Baker’s projects. He loves a productive debate and constantly challenges ideas and working outside of his comfort zone.
One of Ahmed’s proud moments was the full refurbishment of a Grade II listed townhouse in Kensington incorporating cutting edge sustainable solutions into the refurbishment of a now enviable family home – which can be viewed here.
Ahmed also keeps pace with the industry by guest lecturing at universities; he was also one of the founding members of ZAWIA, a periodical publication and online forum reviewing all aspects of design, architecture and urbanism.
